I got started volunteering at the Teal Diva 5k several years ago, after meeting Shannon and JJ and Ms. Opal while out walking around the neighborhood.  I sensed immediately the importance of this community, and the positive impact that Teal Diva was having on women.  I continue to volunteer, and now get to help out in the office too.

I work part-time in Charlotte as a Personal Assistant, and treasure spending time with wise and wonderful senior clients.
