Sponsorship opportunities are available for this event. Registration for teams and individuals will be available May 1, 2019 through Sept 28, 2019 (ending ten minutes prior to the start of the race).
In order to be guaranteed a t-shirt, you must register before September 4, 2019. The first 450 finishers of the competitive race who cross the finish line will receive a finisher's medal. Awards for top three overall winners followed by top 3 male and top 3 female in each age category.
-
Trophy for the top 3 largest teams present on race day (participants must be registered by September 27)
-
Trophy for the top 3 highest fundraising teams (winners selected September 27 at 8pm)
-
Finisher's Medal for the first 450 participants who cross the finish line
Proceeds from this event will go towards the Teal Diva Gynecologic Cancer Survivor Retreat, Marcia's Group (a bereavement support group in Charleston), the custom teal chemo shirts distributed at Carolina Center of Gynecologic Oncology, Charleston's Hope Lodge, research efforts by the Stand Up to Cancer Ovarian Cancer Dream Team and community advocacy.
Please read: "Becoming a Fundraiser' will set you up as an INDIVIDUAL Fundraiser. 'Creating a Team' will allow participants to join your team as a runner or a walker. In order to raise funds, you must 'become a fundraiser'. This is important if you want to be in the running for the coveted trophies in each category.
